UJA1169 RSTN

 I meet a question. I now use uja1169tk / F / 3 chip. RSTN in the datasheet is a bidirectional reset pin. Which method is better to connect it with reset pin of MCU (such as kW series chips) or with MCU ordinary IO？

If the RSTN is connected with the MCU IO, the function is that MCU  reset uja1169, because in my scheme, the power supply mode of MCU is from VI of uja1169. If the system is just powered on, it is  necessary to control MCU reset? (the premise is that RSTN is connected with MCU rest pin)

What's your requirement about RSTN function?

The mini high-speed CAN SBC UJA116x family offers a bidirectional RSTN pin for triggering a system reset.

1:On the one hand the reset of the SBC is triggered if the RSTN pin is forced active low externally e.g. by the microcontroller.

2:On the other hand the SBC generates a reset pulse on the RSTN pin on power-on or any system condition that requires a system reset
