TDF8530

Hi

i found a TDF8530N1C but no datasheet to it, is it the same as TDF8530TH/N1?

and can i replace directly a DF8530TH/N1 with a TDF8530/N2 ? 

i would like to know exactly what is the diffence between N1 and N2, which Voltage is each?

Hi,

TDF853x/N1 is limited to 18 V,TDF853x/N2 is limited to 25 V.
