Sorry, we have no spice model for the BFU910F, only ADS model for nonlinear simulations, for linear S-parameters are available.

Hi,

I also would have required a non linear model for spice or qucs for BFU910F.

In the TDS it is stated that a spice model based on Gummel-Poon model is avalaible from Q1 2015.

Does it mean the TDS is in inaccurate / not up-to-date ?

What would then be best way to simulate the DC operating point ?
