Spice Model for MRF101

Hello

I do work on a HF power amplifier for 3-28MHZ amateur radio bands. I have about 50W output @7MHz with only 0.4W input. Anyway I would like so simulate my circuit with Spice. Do you provide  Spice model for this LDMOS MRF101?

Is there an ADS design kit for MRF101 like you have for MRF300?

Opend a support ticket yesterday. Unfortunately the first reply contained information for the wrong transistor. Later it was said that there wouldn't be a ADS model for the MRF101AN / BN...

Could you clarifiy if that model exists and how to request it?
