Hello
For self-educational (and nostalgical) reasons, i've assembled a simulation of the µA702, which, as i understand, was the first monolithic OpAmp IC in production.
I've used LtSpice and its discrete transistor models. Most certainly,
these do not behave like their on-die counterparts in the IC.
I wonder if you could provide models or parameters to make the
simulation more accurate?
I already asked the Fairchild(now onsemi)-Support. The answer was "The µA702FM looks like old Motorola part and we do not support it". Which is a bit surprising, as the datasheet is labeled clearly as a Fairchild product.
So now i'm here as Motorola/Freescale has been aquired by NXP.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Holger
