SGTL5000 Read Register Chip ID

Hello ,

When I tries to read register 0x0000 of SGTL5000 it gives me 0xA011 .

As per mention in datasheet it  should be  0xA000 .

0xHH revision number of SGTL5000 - What is the meaning of this statement ?

Hello Pinkesh Pachchingar,

I think your reading value is right. I had same the same values in I²C routine of Chip ID. Part ID = 0xA0 and Revision ID = 0x11. I guess it is the Revision “17”!?. Like in image below:
