SGMII questions between SJA1110 and PHY

In the process of using SGMII to establish the communication between NXP SJA1110 and TI's DP83TG720s, we found that the two could not be linked up. I want to know what parameter configuration should be paid attention to in this process. I have paid attention to the rate consistency problem. In addition, will the negotiation time or other parameters affect the establishment of the connection?

can you provide further information:

- which hardware are you using? SJA1110EVM or your own design?

- which toolchain do you use to configure the switch? E.g. S32 Design Studio + SDK, NXP Python Tools, EB Tresos....
