SAF85xx

Hi, 

I would like ask you some of PINs description and usage for SAF85xx.

For the G16 and H16 in SAF85xx Ball map, that pin name is "VDDA_ADC_1V45". 

I would like to know whether these pins have a ADC functionality or not.

It is analog supply for ADC, 1.45 V.
