Can you help with identifying the date code?
Also, is it mandatory to see copper on the cross-section of the leads, or not?

SA676DK/01 is obsolete part discontinued a long time ago. Therefore we do not have material composition at the disposal anymore. The only document I found with Alldatasheet: https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/1072418/NXP/SA676.html

Regarding the date code I would recommend you to contact a distributor where you bought the part. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I’d like to ask one more thing — is it acceptable for there to be no visible copper on the cut edges of the leads, so that the leads are completely covered with tin?
