May need help to provide the pin library of MMPF0100F2AEP for boundary scan test purposes.

It is a file that contains information about the pins of a device, such as the pin name, location, function, and connectivity. We need it to be used in boundary scan testing to configure and use the boundary scan test features. It may be in the XML or Txt format.

I am not sure what exactly you are looking for, can you please share more details about your requirement or an example? Is not the pin map and pins description in datasheet sufficient?
