Reference design pcb file for 1800MHz band for A2T27S007NT1

Hello,

Could you please share the reference design pcb file for 1800MHz band for A2T27S007NT1?

I am referring to "Figure 8. A2T27S007NT1 Test Circuit Component Layout — 1805–1880 MHz" in the datasheet.

Also, i am planning to use this as driver amplifier for 1W. Please share me if you have any additional data for 1805 to 1880MHz as well.

Any update on getting the reference design file?

Its been 2 weeks that we are waiting for the files.

I have received the DXF file for A2T27S020N and i have requested for the DXF file for A2T27S007NT1.

Please send me the PCB file for A2T27S007NT1.

I  dont know how long i have to wait now to get this file.

Hello Team,

I am asking for an already existing design which you had published in the datasheet.

I am not sure why it is taking so many days to share an existing file.

I have finalized my design with this device and working on the layout design.

Please help me with the pcb file else let me know if there is any issue in providing the file.

I will look for alternate options if there is any problem.

Also, Please share the Zs and Zl impedance information for maximum power as the impedance data was not mentioned in the Datasheet.
