I have one question about the ICODE ILT-M. I tried issuing the REQ_RN command in the Open state, but the tag still replies with a 16-bit zero. Is this correct? I read in "Section 18 of Ref.2" that it specifies 'New RN16' — is the new RN16 always zero in this state?
