Problems in getting TapLinx License Key

Dear Sir or Madam,

Hello, this is Kristy, an app developer using tools from NXO. I am trying to use the TapLinx SDK, and an Offline TapLinx License Key is needed. (Project Pattern: 11823812) 

In the My Project page, I have just created a project and forgot to add the project name to be the same as the application ID. I changed the name back, but I still cannot see the license key. Then I try to delete the file and make a new one. Even if I am the solo developer, it said, "You do not have access to delete the owner's detail record". How to solve these problems?

What I need:

1. Verify my account as the project owner

2. Give me the Offline TapLinx License Key based on Project Pattern: 11823812; or help me to delete Project Pattern: 11823812, let me make a new project

My project is due on 4.10, which is quite urgent. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well.

Please accept my apologies, I believe I am not following this issue. Is your issue related to a TapLinx Application registered in the TapLinx Developer Center? Are you using TapLinx SDK for Android? Or is it for Java?

Please follow the instructions for App registration and online/offline key generation as described in Starting development with TapLinx Android SDK and Starting development with TapLinx Java SDK. Offline License Key for a Java application must be requested and approved by the admin, as mentioned in UG10046, Section 2.1.
