Is it possible to configure PTN3222 as Host-USB2 to eUSB2 host?

I other words, can PTN3222 convert a normal USB2 host port to eUSB2 host?

More specifically, I am interested if the following configuration would allow me to exercise all normal USB2 traffic:

Hi Alex

Sorry, unfortunately your design will not work.

PTN3222 eUSB side has to be connected to a controller, either Host or Devise.

Have a great day and best of luck.

Hi Rafer,

I configured register 0x02 of repeater 1 to 0x22 (Force Device role & Force the repeater into its
Connect) and register 0x02 of repeater 2 to 0x12 (Force Host role & Force the repeater into its
Connect) through the I²C interface. I captured the waveform with a logic analyzer and found that the SOF packet sent by the host on the USB side of repeater 1 can be received normally on the USB side of repeater 2. Does this mean that this connection mode is feasible?
