PCA9614 overheating

Hi, i made a circuit with the PCA9614, the circuit is working great but the temperature of the PCA9614 is around 150 °C, i don't even know how is possible that is still working, the circuit seem correct, what could be the cause of this overheating?

Please pay attention on the maximum power dissipation is 100mW on application.

Please make sure whether out of range of PCA9614.

Hi, i know that the temperature is out of range, but the point is that everything seems in range. Here the circuit, the PCA9614 is overheating also with the differential bus open. The Vdd is 3.3V regulated.
