Hi, on page #6 bottom row is the cell write cycle stated with 100,00 min. I assume this is a typo and it should be 10000 min. Can you pls. confirm this?

Hi Manfred,

You are right, the datasheet is a bit unclear about this and needs to be updated. However, the minimum number of write cycles is 100,000 (or 100K). This is also shown in the Revision History table on page 10.
