the pin PMIC_RST_B electric spec limit value is -0.5 to LDO1+0.5V, if we exceed the MAX value, what the impact for this chip?

thanks

Hello Yuan,

Why are you wondering about exceeding the limiting value?

How is the PMIC_RST_B pin connected in your application?

As you can see below, the PMIC_RST_B pin is internally pulled up to LDO1 power rail and once it is asserted low, PMIC performs reset. So there should be no possibility of exceeding the limit.

hi,because for this pin we also fan out to external board circuit, and currently we find for high level is 3v, the ldo1 we config is 1.8v, so the limit should be 2.3v, so we want to know what impact will bring, does it impact pmic life or it will damage this component?

Hi Qu jie,

We'd better use it below LDO1+0.5V. If more voltages here, the internal resistor may produce more heat that cause its damage, and the ESD internally may damage the device.
