The errata document for the p1010 which covers the p1014 as well. If you have this document, you can go through table 3 to identify which errata applies for Rev 1.0 "A" and Rev 2.01 "B" silicon of the P1014. Depending on the your use case and features that are enabled on the P1014, it may or may not be backward compatible.
