Hi, @lukaszadrapa 

I am working on Nxp s32k312 board.I am encountering issues while using memacc for PFlash programming. Could you please clarify how memacc should be used for PFlash?
I don’t face any problems when using memacc with FEE, but I'm unsure whether FEE is required for memacc to function correctly. If FEE is indeed necessary, how can it be utilized for PFlash programming?

Hi @Anitha7,

FEE is not required for MemAcc to work with PFlash.

You can use MemAcc + Mem_INFLS directly for PFlash operations.

There are some MemAcc RTD examples.
