Hi

Please tell me about ICT precautions.

Measure the resistance value and capacitor capacity around ICs such as MC33FS4502NAE/R2 and i.MX6(MCIMX6Y2CVM08AB).

It is conceivable that no power is input to the IC, but voltage is applied to measure the capacitance, resistance.

Is there any problem because it is instantaneous measurement?

There are terminals to which a voltage higher than the power supply voltage cannot be applied. Is it okay to measure the capacitance of the capacitor connected to the terminal without inputting the power supply?

What is the recommended measurement method?

Hi Ban-San,

do you want to measure capacitance and resistance of the internal circuits? You can apply voltage on any of the FS45 pins, but you must stay within the boundaries stated in the Table 4. in the FS6500, FS4500 datasheet. Please find the datasheet attached. If you apply higher voltage, than stated in the Table 4. on any pin, the FS45 SBC will be definitely destroyed.
