Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.
Please try the following ways:
1: Please delete Jlink Debug.launch, and retry to debug. If it still have error, Please try debug using LinkServer probes.
2: The MCUXpresso IDE version and SDK version should be compatible.
The readme.md file(In your SDK project) describe the version information.
