Not able to Change/remove password

I have ntag213 cards.  After adding password to all cards. I am not able to remove or change password it is giving an error on all cards.

Hope you are doing great, you will have to confirm that the application you used, didnt modified the capability container file, that can make the tag to just read only, or even modify other things,  this is explained in section 8.5.4 Capability Container (CC bytes) of the datasheet. also if there was any other configuration  that this application did to the tag. since this is not NXP app like tagwritter or tag info I dont know what modification might have done in your tags.

please confirm exactly what steps this application do to the tag to protect it.
