NXP SR150, NXP SR040 Detailed Documentation

Hi, 

I have gone through the product description pages of the NXP SR150 and NXP SR040, but I couldn't find a detailed datasheet that would help me check whether it meets our requirements. We are also looking at the Qorvo. I request that you provide the detailed data sheets of both the NXP SR150 and SR040.

We are specifically looking for

1) Power consumption

2) AoA, PDoA
