For the level translator NVT2010, you state that the pull-up resistor for VREFB and EN should be around 200 kohm. Is there any particular reason for that, or could I use a 2.2 kohm resistor, or indeed just connect it directly to my reset pin (in the VREFB voltage domain, in my case 5V)?
