NFC Cockpit Application

I wanted to ask why in the window of the NFC Cockpit Application on top between brackets 8disconnected9 thought I did the USB connection with the PNEV7462C card but App didn’t automatically read the board in the Guide supposed to be directly. Is there something I should do before ?

In UM10883, section 6. After the NFC Cockpit installation, please mind that in sub-section 6.3. NFC Cockpit requires dedicated firmware to be running in the PN7462. This binary file is available in the NFC Cockpit installation and located in “<installation directory>\firmware\PN7462AU”.
