Max speed for Multilink FX?

Has anyone quantified the maximum speed for the Multilink FX emulator pod?  I can't find any information on NXP's or PE Micro's websites.  The only information I can find is that it is up to 10x faster than the Multilink Universal.

Connecting the pod to a Kinetis MCU the fastest speed I can get to reliably work for boundary scan and JTAG is 5MHz.  I would like to know if this is a limitation of my design or the Multilink FX.
