MRF101AN-50MHz reference circuit <- how should I put RF power in?

I want to get RF power output of 100W~120W using MRF101AN-50MHz reference circuit.

Gate source voltage 2.5V and Drain Voltage 50V are ready.

But, it's hard to find 50MHz power source for RF in, which should be about 0.64W (28dBm) (the data sheet says so).

I found BGA3012 (RF power amplifier) on NXP website, which makes sufficient amount of power for the input, but the impedance of it is 75ohm. should be 50ohm.

I'm trying to make 50MHz signal using clock oscillator and amplify the signal using any kind of tool but doesn't work.

is there anyone made a full circuit to make over 100W RF power using the reference circuit?

I need 50MHz, impedance 50Ohm, 0.35W ~ 0.64W RF power (for input RF)

please help..

We got support tickets from you on this topic. Let us continue discussion thereat.

My suggestions was to make driver using these parts:

1.

NXP offers AFIC901N, 1.8-1000MHz, 7.5V:

-No driver needed: 0dBm input, 1 W out (30dB gain)
-Frequency configurable solution: there is no internal inter stage matching that would make this device narrowband, leaving it up to the PA designer to select
the frequency
-Versatile 1W driver or final stage for any sub GHz application

2.

MMG3014NT1, 5V, 40-4000 MHz, 25dBm. Few external components needed to feed and match device at 50MHz.
