MP4 to RAW10 Frame Conversion

I want to convert an MP4 file into a Raw10 format file for testing purposes on a microprocessor. To transmit the Raw10 frames, I plan to use an FPGA equipped with MIPI CSI-2 TX.
However, I am currently stuck in the MP4 to Raw10 conversion process. Is there any way to achieve this?

You can so it with the VPU of MX6, but generally this is done by an app.

Can you tell me which app and also please tell me do i have to do something(some coding or script) for that conversion if i uses VPU of MX6 or it will be done by the MX6 only.
