I'm looking to make the reference circuit for the board shown on page 8 of this PDF:

It's for the MMRF5014H GaN RF transistor and I'm trying to test it at 1500 MHz. NXP confirmed over chat that these boards aren't available for sale. Hoping that NXP has some Gerber files and relevant board design details? Dielectric, thickness, etc...
