Please advise if the Die ID 1N18J for the MMPF0100NPAEP device is correct. Per the errata document it should be 1N47F an not 1N18J.
According the errata it should be 1N47F.
I have a MMPF0100NPAEP device that have 1N18J die ID, does this mean my parts have problem?
