MIMXRT1170-EVK Flash IC Issue

Sir,

We have design the custom board base on MIMXRT1170-EVK.
Our custom board USING NOR Flash 128Mb QPI/QSPI, IS25WP128-JBLE,PACKAGE:SOIC-WIDE-8 is not working.We have purchased the IC from distributor mouser,digikey.

M/s Avnet also arranged IC IS25WP128F-JBLE from OEM ISSI and assembled first in MIMXRT1170-EVK it is not working.

When a replace the IC from Evaluation board , it is working fine.

Request to provide a solution/IC pin to pin replacement as soon soon possible.
