Dear NXP,

MC34716EP is available in NXP LS1046ARDB. We are designing our board based on LS1046ARDB and we would like to reuse reference board schematic to all possible extent.

But distributor are not recommending this part as it came to end of life. So kindly let me know the alternate part for this.

There is a mistake on the MC34716 website, the Product group confirmed that the MC34716EP(R2) is still Active with no EoL date specified yet. You can use it for your board based on the LS1046ARDB.
