I have to design a complete Battery Management System for a application with below specs:
1. Pack voltage: 72V (nominal) , 70V-84V range
2. Capacity: 80Ah (20 cells in series & 25 in parallel,, 20S25P)
3. Cell chemistry: NMC (Lithium , 18650)
4. Cell Voltage: 3.6V(nominal) , 3.5V-4.2V Range
5. Cell capacity: 3.2Ah
6. OverVoltage cut off: 4.2V/cell
7. OverVoltage release: 4.0V/cell
8. Undervoltage cut off: 3.5V/cell (80% DOD)
9. UnderVoltage Release = 3.6V/cell
10. Continuous Current at max load: 80A
11. Peak laod current: 150A for 10 seconds
12. Continuous charging current: 30A
13. Overcurrent in Charge/discharge Protection
14. Short Circuit in Charge/discharge Protection
15. OverVoltage/UnderVoltage Protection
16. Capacity Gauging(SOC/SOH)
17. Digitial Communication: RS485, CAN
I have checking MC33771, is there any reference design? I need datasheet for this IC .
