NXP's page for MC33664 product doesn't show any safety relevant documents.

Hello Sunghou,

There is no safety manual for the MC33664 (TPL transceiver).

For BCCs (MC33771/MC33772), all safety related documentation is available on DocStore:

…and requires an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). If your company has not signed the NDA with NXP yet, please create a standard ticket/case for my colleagues who are in charge of the NDA process and can eventually help you with that.
