LS1088A design without CPLD device ?

Dear Experts,

We have a project with LS1088A processor and EPM2210F256C5N as a CPLD device,

So,

1. Can we design LS1088A without a CPLD device?

2. If YES, can you give me a guideline or reference design?

3. If No, can you give some other part number of the CPLD device at a lower cost ?

4. We're going to use 10M08SAU169C8G as a low-cost CPLD solution, is it ok?

1. In theory, it is possible.

2. We don't have the reference design.

3. You need to contact the CPLD manufactory for CPLD device list at a lower cost.

4. Please download Design File for LS1088ARDB-PB to get the CPLD source code.

Then check whether your CPLD can implement the same functions.
