LDMOS MHT1004N Layout

Hi,

I am working power amplifiers using MHT1004N and MHT1008N for cooking applications. I have completed the schematic of the same using ADS 2016. While creating the layout, the software says "There is no layout present for the device model MHT1004N". Whether I have to create a layout for the device using datasheet dimensions or is there any alternate package/model which has layout for the device I am using?

Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately we don't have any footprint for this devices.

You have to create footprints by yourself using information from the Datasheet.
