HI…I’m Future FAE Jeff Yu and sorry to bother you.
Our customer reflect NXP PTN3816 has 25% NG in his production line, some different pins occur solder empty.
Per discussion...maybe some parts pin are oxidize or maybe their reflow soldering profile/curve set not good.
Could you kindly ask NXP internal side about PTN3816 recommend reflow soldering profile/curve such like below figure can provide to us that they can try to adjust?
