I has download symphony studio, but unable to access to on-chip ROM programming features. Is this features exist in symphony? I need some stuff to read and write on-chip ROM.
You can't write Read Only Memory. It is written during processing the wafers through an implant mask or contact mask or active area mask. (It depends on the frabrication process and technology.)
