How to Flash MCP5554? Need help

Dear all I use MPC5554 EVB develop board. I try to run example eSCI-Simple on ram. It work well. But when i try to run on flash,Flash program(CPROGPPCZ) is not pass Erasing process. How to solve this problem. Please kindly to advise me.

 I use CW for MPC55xx V2.3 to develop my application.
First time. I make example eSCI and debug it on ram,it work. next i make example eSCI boot on internal flash and try to program on flash by cprogppcz program. But it can not pass erasing process, 15 minute after it still erasing process. Please advice to program my code to internal flash.

my config switch set.
RSTCFG --> OFF
BOOTCFG0 --> OFF
BOOTCFG1 --> OFF
PLLCFG0 --> ON
PLLCFG1 --> OFF
WKPCFG --> ON
RAM_CS --> CS0
