Failure Modes in TJA1145A causing Bus Off

What are the physical layer failure modes in TJA1145A that could result in the node going to bus off state. I understand all below will affect comms but not necessarily trigger a bus of state. Any comments?

CAN-H/CAN L open

CAN-H/CAN L/both short to batt

CAN-H/CAN L/both short to gnd

CAN-H short to CAN-L
