built a proto module with MFS2633AMDA0AD and the OTP configuration, i believe, is looking to use the front-end boost regulator block. the problem is that the schematic does not use the boost block. the main power feed goes directly to the input of the buck regulator. i believe there is a pin associated with VBAT_FB that can be configured to fool the device to thinking that the boost reg is working fine and allow the downstream switchers to be enabled and start providing output voltages.

Can the OTP emulation/debug mode be applied to this troublesome situation to allow any device skew / OTP reconfiguration to get pass a schematic that doesn't use the front-end boost mode? Since this limitation shuts down most of the output voltage rails, i don't believe the core logic is operating to kick into an OTP emulation mode. What are the minimum voltage rail requirements to use the OTP emulation mode?

Is there a decoder ring to understand how each skew's OTP configuration is setup so we can order more preconfigured devices that are suitable for back-end boost configurations?

Hi

If you don't use the VBST:

When the boost controller is not used in the application, VBST_CFG_OTP and
VSUP_UVTH_OTP should both be set to '1.' The unused pins should be handled as
described in Section 8

You need configure corresponding VBST pins as above and OTP related register also need set to '1'.
