FS24 and FS26

Hi,

Currently looking from software perspective.

What are the major differences between FS26 and FS24 PMIC?

Do we already have the complex device drivers( AUTOSAR) for FS24 already?

Otherwise, the above change information will be really appreciated, will enable me to adapt the software driver of FS24 based from FS26.

Hello Sandeep,

I hope all is great with you.

In comparison to the FS24 device, the FS26 offers more features. I mean, the number of power supplies, the number of wake up inputs, the register mapping or even the pinout or the package type.

As a brief, the FS24 is not a direct replacement for the FS26 device, and a lot of differences need to be considered when developing SW for it. For further information, please download the corresponding datasheets from your Secure Files.

I personally do not think that the AUTOSAR driver is available for the FS24 as it is still in preproduction status. Please let me know if you require further information in order to request it.

Thanks for the response. I have downloaded the documents and will refer further for details.
Had another question, to avoid duplication of software efforts, do you have the information on the timelines on the FS24 AUTOSAR driver and the team which develops those. Because this will enable us to plan accordingly to develop the same or re-use from the provided deliverables.

Because we have plans to provide these drivers together with our UWB product NCJ29D6 beginning of next year( mid of 1st quarter 2023).
