Hello Rowan
Kindly refer to below information
Based upon life
testing, in the amounts as prescribed by AEC-Q100, with 0 failures found, we
can calculate a failure rate <10FIT, with 60% Confidence Level, at a
junction temperature of 55°C with an activation energy of 0.7eV. This
failure rate equals an MTBF > 100M hours. These figures are sample size
limited.
Based upon
justified field returns, so excluding EOS/ESD and NTF, we can calculate an
experienced field failure rate << 1FIT. For this calculation we assume
1.5 hours of operation per day, for each delivered product, this equals a
typical automotive profile.
Have a great day,
Becky
