ESD protection diode PUSB3F96

It seems there is a mismatch in the datasheet of PUSB3F96. The breakdown voltage is given with min. 6V and the clamping voltage for positive transients is given with typ. [email protected]. Which one of these two values is correct? Or do I understand something wrong?

Both parameters are correct. As you can see in the datasheet it is not a normal "Zener diode", it is a structure with a very specific snap-back feature. Please take a look at Figure 13 of the datasheet (V-I function) and description on the same page, it explains functionality of the device.
