I found a EB Tresos Studio 12-14 Permanent License File (tresos_Partner_Freescale.lic) . How can I use it?

I am using EB Tresos 20.1.

Please go to Help - Licenses, then click to the Add button. After that, browse to the downloaded license (please note that the license file extension must be .lic)
