I am working on statistical spice models for discrete devices for the use in monte carlo analysis.
Specially my interest lie in the devices BC847A, BC857A and BAT54.
I would like to know how high the confidence of the data sheet characteristics are (e.x. 3 sigma).
What the parameter tolerances are for the same batch and how high the transistor tolerances are for the transistors BC847A and BC857A .
