Configuration Generation Tool

I'm a student studying for the Automotive Network. and I need the "SJA1105Q-EVB" and plan to buy it. But I heard NXP doesn't sign NDA with University. So my question is that could I access "docstore.nxp.com" without NDA? or Is there any way to use this "Configuration Generation Tool" with SJA1105Q-EVB?

the SJA1105Q-EVB Configuration Tool can be downloaded from this link. You can try to download it from there, but I am afraid the system will not allow you to download it without the NDA. You can try it anyway. We are not allowed to share the confidential materials publicly.
