I've made a little more investigation.

The stack package is missing at our web page.

I talked with R41 product manager. This is a known issue and they are working to resolve it, probably by end of this week or start of next.

Then you will find it at S32R41 NXP web page.

The product is available, however not visible to all customers.

I am still trying to find out how I can access it. You will need special access rights.
