Can A53 cores communicate with HSE in S32R45 uC?

We want to make our Bootloader to run on A53 core and to decrypt other images from SDF from there. Are A53 cores communicating with HSE?

yes, A53 can communicate with HSE via the Security API communication with HSE FW
