I could not find the CST 3.3.1 file to share, but I find there is a package in Linux that uses this CST version.
To install:
sudo apt install imx-code-signing-tool
And the directories that it will create:

After that, you will have the CST 3.3.1 installed in your Linux machine.
I tried with Ubuntu 22 and it works fine.
